Florence – The City of Lilies

I always is a pleasure to return to this magnific city in Italy. It is the place, the centre of Toscana. You find a colorful culture, tradition, gastronomy, style, inspiration, art direction that take you with and makes you fall in love of this seemly small but beautiful place.

The Ponte Vecchio is one of the oldest bridges in the city and his shops are also one of the known in this part. They sell luxurious and expensive products that are unique in the world.

There is also the artistic side of the city where to enjoy your time and listen to some quality street music, painters and handmade products.

Travel, experience and explore places in this world can be one of the most enjoyable things to do in this life.

You dont´t need a bag full of money and expensive things to get these things. Friends come and go, memories remain. There are joyful and sad moments. Confused or knowing directly where you are heading for.

What I want just to share are one of my beautiful experiences from this summer. A beautiful sunny summer day with high temperatures that make also your brain melt but with an escape with the boat, on the sea, with the breeze into your face you forget everything and you recharge your batteries.

Wedding Guest

These months are all about getting married, having a handsome couple deciding to tight their strings and to share their happiness celebrating with their friends and families.

So, let we say you are invited these days in a big or a small wedding ceremony what are your ideas for a perfect wedding guest? I have a few tips for the girls out there who are maybe a bit out of ideas 😉

My tip would be that whatever you choose think before that it should be not to provocative, extravagant and white! You don´t want to steal the main centre from the bride. At the end it is her day and not your´s . So make them feel special standing beside them with a cool look that will make also this day yours sharing your best wishes with a satisfied look.

How to leave your bad days behind

An unpleasant moment should not mean a bad day as a bad day doesn’t have to mean that it will be the end from now on.

Negative things…we don’t like them; they bring us down, make us tired and disappointed. And even so it is happening beside us every day without being able to control it. If we leave them to take control on us we will become pessimistic and sad. Don’t let that to happen.

Change your perspective!

After each bad event you get every information as a negative thing. When your soul has pain you see even in a positive situation like everything and everybody stays against you. When your boss don’t respond at your greeting that doesn’t mean that you are on his black list just that he didn’t heard you or he was busy with something. We all have good moments and bad moments. It is important that you control your emotions and don’t let them to eat you. Leave the negative thoughts and ideas out of your mind.

Leave the facts to speak!

Because your mind is filled with many thoughts take a pencil and a paper and write it all down to organize your thoughts in a realistic way. On a page you will find you fears and on the other your realizations from that day or in the past. Don’t interpret everything on your disadvantage you have a lot of things to be happy and things on which you can be proud of. Optimism you can learn and it depends on how you look on life.

Encourage yourself!

Be proud of you of your achievements and encourage yourself as a friend would do. Remember of all the moments when you have been loved, appreciated and think on them instead of your fauls.

Find something elso to do!

An activity that leaves you to break out of your routine and stress. Bake a cake, take a walk, go with your friend for a movie or volunteer yourself to help someone. Every positive activity helps you to get rid of your negative feelings.

Rome for a day

There are a few cities where I always turn back with a positive attitude and always anxious to see the old, medieval and modern side. There are just simply amazing buildings, places, restaurants, spaces where to spend your time without any thinking.

Rome was and it is still the most inspiring city that I have ever been too. You just love everything. It is expensive?! Yes, maybe. Beside other cities it is normal so I would never say that it is expensive.

Everybody finds something that it is for it´s taste. It is always something going on: a presentation, a concert, a manifestation, a contest… And about the gastronomy maybe I don´t have to say so much: the delicious dishes, the simple glass of tea, a perfect espresso, a refreshing ice cream ( to be honest I tried in any place that I traveled ice cream and those ones that you can find in Rome are simply the best ).

Short Jeans Inspo

There is a style that never goes out from fashion and that one are jeans.
